About Efrem Sepulveda

Efrem K. Sepulveda is a librarian at the Wichita Falls Public Library in Wichita Falls, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Pensacola Christian College in 1992 and his Master of Library and Information Science degree from San Jose State University in 2007. He worked as a Legislative Aide in the California State Assembly from 1995 to 2000 and in the California State Senate in Sacramento from 2001 to 2007. He was a Law Librarian at the State Library of Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona from 2007 to 2015.
