Tim Phares is a minister, a longtime conservative writer, journalist, activist, and a widower. An alumnus of Hillsdale College, he grew up in New York in a household of Taft-Goldwater Republicans who are involved in founding the New York State Conservative Party. He has lived in the Washington DC area for forty years and currently resides in Laurel, Maryland.
