About Nicholas Kosar

Nicholas Kosar is a director of the Associates of Colonel Philip Ludwell III, Inc., a Virginia 501c3 focused on the research, preservation, and communication of the history of early America centering on the life, community, and worldview of Colonel Philip Ludwell III of Green Spring, Virginia. He has a BA in Russian Studies from the University of Virginia, an MBA from the College of William & Mary, and a certificate in legislative studies from Georgetown University’s Government Affairs Institute.
