Viktor Orbán has been Prime Minister of Hungary since 2010 and president of the Fidesz-Hungarian Civic Alliance party since 2003. He also served as Prime Minister from 1998 to 2002 and was a leader of the radical student movement against Communist rule during the Hungarian Revolution of 1989.
